| Why We Succeed | Our strength is our personnel and their commitment to client-oriented service. We take pride in our ability to understand our clients’ objectives and work with them to produce technically sound plans and recommendations. Our personnel are highly qualified and experienced in coastal resource management. As resident North Islanders, they have significant local knowledge of the landbase, people and challenges of working along the coast. Our field teams are technically proficient and work in a professional manner to safely produce high-quality and cost-effective deliverables. Our extensive experience with integrated resource management is the result of our coastal forest industry roots. Our personnel recognize that by employing a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving, clients’ needs can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Additionally, our proximity to our clients’ coastal work-sites allows us to maintain effective communication throughout the project while, at the same time, minimizes non-productive costs such as travel and accommodation expenses. We currently offer professional and technical resource management services in several key areas, including: forest harvest planning, forest road engineering, bridge and culvert design, GPS surveys, topographic surveys, timber cruising & valuation, silviculture, GIS & digital mapping services and wilderness recreation management, planning and construction. |
